Arcade Adventures — Local services in Prairie Grove

I normally dont write reviews but with a 2nd purchase from Arcade Adventures being just as bad as the 1st, I figured it was time. This recent purchase was NOT shipped for almsot 2 weeks after we placed and paid for the order. We emailed them on day 7 to see when the order will be shipped. NO response. We waited a few more days and still received NO response. We called on Day 10 and NO answer so we left a message. We had a similiar experience with the 1st purchase but figured we would give them another chance. Never a single returned email or call. My experience with Arcade Adventures was very poor, communication was non responsive after several emails could never get anyone over the phone. There products were never updated online after I placed my order they said they didn't have in stock and I had to wait which I canceled the order but after canceling my order it toke over three weeks to get my money back. In my personal opinion, these people purchase items from eBay or china and then reship them to buyers. They don't return calls and don't respond to emails.
