I am only giving one star because it will not allow me to give zero stars. A dear family friend passed away and I ordered some beautiful red orchids from the website. I received a call the following day that the red ones were unavailable but they had white ones that were equally as beautiful. I told them I really wanted them to be something special. I ordered the “better” version. I spent over $100 on these. To say I was mortified would be an understatement. Less than half of the flowers were blooming. Also, many of the petals were falling off, and they weren’t fit to bring to the funeral. I called Hollow Tree to let them know and to give them a chance to make it right. Instead I got scolded and told that I can’t expect the petals to stay on. Then she went on to say that not only were they a different color than I ordered, but they were also a different type of flower. Needless to say, I will never do business there again. Absolutely dismal...

What a lackluster experience. I called to order birthday flowers, and the person I talked to didn't seem very interested in asking questions or conversing, so I wasn't sure what I'd get. (Oh, and they don't deliver 10 miles away.) I picked up the flowers today and could not be more disappointed. Some of the greenery and smaller blooms look wilted, and there is actually a gap in the side of the arrangement that looks like something was pulled out and left a hole. I want the flowers to last two to three days, but they don't look like they will. The store is attractive and nice, but the clerk at the time of pickup was less than friendly. No smile and no talk beyond charging me more than these...

Ordered flowers for same day delivery (with extra charge) nothing was ever delivered.

I never received a call or email stating order was unable to be processed. I had to reach out to the business to see what the order status was.

I was told it was out of the delivery area and I would receive refund within 5-7 days. Not sure why I was not notified this was not going to be delivered or why it was an option on the website if it’s out of the area. Not impressed, do not recommend this...
