Just got done with a root canal I don't know who the dentist was but He was supposed to be working on my left front tooth to the left side and he completely moved my front buck teeth to the right He like made The left tooth crooked.... And I didn't notice until after the procedure when I went out to my car so I went back in and I told him about it I told him listen I have pictures from a week ago when I was videotaping my mouth because I had some tooth issues and I wanted to see the back of my teeth so I definitely have videos and pictures from a week ago of how my tooth is not crooked.... He tried to say oh no that wasn't me or oh that was just like that I think I would know what my teeth was before I came there Like my teeth is so far out and crooked it's ridiculous It was most definitely never like that for you to deny to fix it that's dental malpractice especially when you no damn well that you did it. And on top of that I recorded the whole conversation so towards the end of the recording It has you admitting that it could have been done because my teeth aren't that strong and then me replying saying it's not my fault my teeth aren't strong You can't just sit there and blame my teeth for not being strong from when you put that dental floss in it which made it push it over more Like you should have watched my tooth as you're putting the dental floss in to make sure that it didn't go over as you're pounding on my other tooth like that's your job okay Not mine So yeah technically have him admitting it but then also denying to fix it. So not only do I have pictures of before and after I also have a video recording of him admitting it pretty much so I made a phone call to a couple lawyers and it's looking good. By the look of these reviews....save yourself from going here. I know it might be cheap and easy but is your teeth and confidence really worth it? WALK AWAY ..NO...

Been going here for at least 20 yrs. Dr Gloria degehart was an alright doctor except towards the last 2yrs there she was running Unnecessary tests and office appointments to just talk when could be constrewed through phone call. Dr bode is great, listens and seams to care. Also Dr heberline is a sweet Dr very kind and knowledgeable. Both a great pair to be a scenic bluffs. That being said the rest of the staff is cruel and very bad treatment to personal. There is one lady at the front desk that's very helpful but again the rest are lacking. The staffing is such a horrible issue they cut lab hours and made it difficult to make any appointment at the time that'd I've had it for the past 8yrs every month. They were gladly ready to send me to another clinic and lose me as a patient. Stating they're federal funded and can only do so much. Yet their slogans, call waiting and commercials state they have FLEXIBLE schedualling and clinics to work with you. Norwalk is never open anymore. And they're more concerned about the Hispanics and then cashton seams geared to just help the non tax paying amish..... 🙄 pathetic can't belive it to be treated as such And when I was angry about the schedualling the nurse asked if I wanted to talk to the behavioral therapist!!!!! Patronizing me!!! I am so sick of them and their gaslighting and blatant disregard for promises they've...

This place is the most unethical clinic I have ever visited. We waited a year and a half to get an appointment, playing their little raffle game every month, all because we were told that their services would be cheaper because of using a sliding scale. All to find out that their sliding scale is not cheaper at all. We qualify for a 50% discount, but they just jack up their prices so high that half off is still much higher than anywhere else. I called six other clinics in La Crosse and they were all much cheaper full price. Then I went in to have a cavity filled. After the numbing wore off, I noticed that the filling was sitting too high, and then three days later, the filling came out. I went in to have it redone, and of course, they charged me for it, even though it was their fault it came out. They claimed that it was a different area than what they worked on before. But it was because of the filling being too high that the tooth was damaged. I've tried to argue this point to no avail. Customer service does not exist at this clinic. It's clear that their whole business model is just to take advantage of...
