Wegmans Distribution Center - Govna — Local services in Cass Township

I've been here many times, and never once had any issues. So this time there's a blond woman behind the window at check in. She begins to go into a meltdown simply because the PO number on my bol sheet is not the correct number. (This has happened before and other people checking me in have never had an issue finding the load). She's got a bad attitude and says (you need to get with your broker because we always have issues with these po numbers!) After calling my dispatcher, I finally locate the correct number (as the correct number was not on the bol), I go back in to the window, she's still having a meltdown and so her co-worker checks me in. Meanwhile she's sitting there calling a driver or drivers (brain dead), then she's continuing to meltdown to her co-worker in saying "I don't want to work here another day in this hell hole"! I don't know how you guys do it! Etc etc.... Another driver walks in and she said "welcome to hell!" (Meanwhile I've just been treated like a piece of garbage)... Wegmans.. you should look into this! I'm a driver, not a piece of garbage, and I do not appreciate being treated the way that I was tonight.. I treat people with respect and deserve the same in return.. Been coming this place almost 4 years now!! Can’t tell this place okay or not lol!! Sometimes got done around 4 hours and sometimes 7-8 hours easily!! Different people behind the window at office and few times couple of people talk nice but most of the times Showed really Bad Attitude especially Girls and don’t know why!! I always talk to people nice and always try give best on Job! But these kind people makes others Mad for their behavior and today I got one of those day!! Sometimes I feel they don’t like the color of my skin (you know what I mean) and can tell!! Anyway only thing i liked here is Clean Restroom that’s all!! And people who come here 1st time,, don’t show up early! Just 2 hours before your appointment, otherwise you gonna kick out and around streets No parking!! You can park on street side on the shoulder but don’t do it cause I had that $55 parking ticket!! All in all not a bad experience when judging from what I was reading in here, I arrived 2 hours early from my 11PM appt, although for some reason when there were several doors open, I was made wait for a door, ok no biggy to me it's a break, only real issue I had with this place was I had 2 Wegmans DC deliveries for 2 different DC's, why is there no lumper fee at one warehouse (Pottsville PA) but when you get to this one (Rochester NY) you are encountered by FHI lumper service, who refused to give a price up front, so I wasn't able to hire them to do the work, no price up front no approval from management. There was no way I was letting FHI unload my 468 cases and in the end getting charged and outrageously high lumper fee, because they claim they had to break down and restack pallets, which I knew wouldn't be true, when in reality me doing it myself was just mostly a straight pull off and I think I may have touched 33 boxes, I waited longer in the door for the paperwork then it took me...
