If I could give this place a half star rating, I would.. I worked here for 8 years in 2 departments. Management is horrifically bad. Favoritism at its finest. Pay was the only good thing. Shifts are NOT STANDARD. Days off are NOT STANDARD. You have no life, They can not keep anyone. Let alone hire more people. Around the holidays, the love to "hire temps to hire" in the end. Out of 30 people, 5 of the worst get hired. Most leave within 6 months to a year. I had to switch departments to get trained on new equipment. These people didnt unload me for 4 HOURS AND DIDNT START UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING!!!!
