I want to start off by saying that ANGEL the young lady I spoke to on the phone to book our move was amazing!! I got a text at 11:54 a.m. on Saturday confirming my Sunday morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. arrival time for the Movers. "You would think first move of the day" 9:30 we still did not have the movers at the house or any communication from them whether or not they were going to be late. I called the office 10 times, they tell you to press 5 if it's after hours still no answer andd no phone call back. It's now after 10:00, still no communication. At this point we have to move we're thinking there are no show. "No communication" So we call around and find another company that mind you was very professional and at our house within 45 minutes because they had a cancellation. I get a phone call at 10:30 nonchalantly stating that they would be to us around 12:00pm. " they could have called at 9:00am when they knew that they were going to be late" and them knowing the arrival time was between 8:00 and 9:00. The driver told me "ma'am I'm just the driver and I'm going when they tell me to" I explained to him that their arrival time was between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. At this point we have hired somebody else they're 3 hours late I don't need their services. We were so Furious. The young lady that confirmed my appointment on Saturday calls me asking me what the problem was. I explain everything and her response was "you know there's this thing called being late" and my response was there's this thing called communication a phone call, a text or even an email to letting your customers know that you're going to be late. That's all it took was one simple phone call or text or email stating that they were running late. I asked her if I was going to get my deposit back she told me no you're canceling the same day!? To make the matters worse it starts downpouring everything could have been in the house already if they would have been on time. A man calls me from the company appears to be the manager or owner not sure which, asking me what the problem was I explained to him he was very apologetic didn't understand why they didn't communicate with us, told me he would call me back, we played phone tag at this point. I just decided I would call on Monday being that it was raining and trying to get moved. I call on Monday trying to talk to the same man, a lady answers asking me to explain what was going on tried to explain what's going on a man in the background abruptly screams telling me that I canceled the same day and I'm not getting my money back, and that I threw a hissy fit to his driver and canceled. Very unprofessional! All it took was one simple phone call or a text stating that they were going to be late "extremely late". My biggest question was if we were the first move of the day how could they be 4 hours late!? On the side note the movers we ended up hiring we're a little bit more $ but they did an amazing job very professional from the beginning to the end. I understand that some people don't have concept of time or respect for other people's time, especially when we're paying for a service. I hope everyone sees this, and thinks twice about hiring them I'm sure it's not with everyone but we had a bad experience in people should know as well as the company. We will continue to go viral until we receive our money back. The Audacity Of the manager/owner to tell me that I was throwing a hissy fit when his company his employees, did not communicate not one time stating that they were going to be late which would have been the professional thing to do. And if they would have, this could have all...
Read moreThis moving company is the most deceitful moving company I have ever encountered. They took advantage of me at one of the lowest points in my life and never looked back. I had all of my most personal possessions in storage for 7 yrs and now I could not pay any longer, therefore I called them and we made a hand shake agreement under duress that he bought everything in my storage unit with many valuable possessions, most importantly pictures of family and family members who have passed away and my sons baby and childhood pictures. He shook my hand and in front of his wife, the owner, who promised to call and meet me once they went through my boxes and give me my most personal sentimental belongings. After calling him 3x and emailing he never responded, years later I called again and his wife had the odascity to blame me. He promised once again to call, never called. I am a Missionary for the Lord, it is sad people take advantage of other’s, no heart. It’s an injustice and God is going to get justice. It may not be today, but we reap what we sow. The other sad thing he offered me $500.00 then charged me for removing it. So everything I owned he gave me $350.00. Shame on people like this. This happened in 2012 and it’s still a painful place in my heart. All he had to do was return my call and I would have made arrangements to get my personal belongings. I imagine he profited tremendously from my despair. Do not trust or believe them with your most treasured belongings. They are not a man or woman...

The mover was quite chatty to the point of letting me know he was a felon which made me a bit uncomfortable. I had to redirect him and remind him we were on the clock. He was clearly inexperienced. So much so that he actually rolled my carpet diagonally! The second mover waited in the truck doing nothing while the main mover painstakingly slowly wrapped everything with wayyyyy too much tape. He and the other mover fought fairly constantly any time they were together. But the worst part is that they significantly damaged my walls in 4 places as well as my couch. When I called customer service, they wouldn't let me speak with Willie who had been so full of promises and reassurances during my scheduling. They said he was in another department and unavailable. They transferred me to complaint department where they literally laughed at me saying, "don't you read your contracts?!? We have ZERO responsibility for property damage". That was it. No apology at all. I was quoted around $350 but was told I likely would get some of it back since I had few items and everything was ready. The men got lost on the way to the unit causing more time loss. I couldn't believe it when he asked for $650 more on top of what I had already paid. What a slap in the face. The guys fought the whole time they were unloading. It was an entirely unpleasant experience from...
