We received completely raw pizza last night. Not just undercooked, but raw. I drove them back to the store and when the manager came out he tried to blame the undercooked pizza on having too many toppings, despite both pizzas being menu items (a supreme and a pepperoni). When I asked to be reimbursed for the delivery fee the manager didn't know how to do that and ended up on the phone with a gm who said I could either have the refund or the replacemrnt pizzas. I took the refund. In the meantime, the teenager behind the counter was behaving like a child who had never been taught manners, rolling her eyes and laughing out loud throughout the process. The poor manager was equally defensive and dismissive of my concerns and was obviously being led and manipulated as much by the teenager as he was the gm on the phone. While this was going on another customer walked in to return two pizzas that had been made incorrectly. I would be really angry about how I was treated last night, but the whole thing was truly comical. Considering other recent reviews, including one that was entered last night, and another in which the staff had a kitten on the counter feeding it pizza while they served customers their food, I realize that the store is just truly suffering under poor management and improperly trained staff. It's a shame, but while we live in this area, pizza hut will no longer be an option for delivery for us. I sat in the parking lot of the store last night and placed a Marco's order I arrived at the location ten minutes later and my pizzas were just coming out of the oven. Read moreFriday April 5th I came in for a normal weekly order. Almost every parking spot was full, Never seen it this busy. Made a comment to the female employee outside in jest like was their a meeting. Found out that was the supervisor on duty, letting the store go down in flames as pizzas piled up. Two sitting on top of the oven a couple on the cut table and three employees on make table looking confused and working slow. You actually had a front counter crew member come out and tell the supervisor that you can't just walk out on rush. I heard the supervisor say some response like she was on the phone. It seems the crewmember has a better work ethic than the one relaxing outside when I came in. Also what is the policy on earbuds these days, the supervisor might want to take them out of her ears, lead by example. The lobby was full of customers waiting and an angry customer on the phone demanding to speak to a manager (supervisor) that was now back in the store but nowhere to be seen working/managing to get her store out of the weeds. This is the worse I have seen Pizza Hut, and I think I would know since I use to be a general manager. Your shift leader let the shift down, gave no direction to her crew members, and now could lose loyal customers because of her ineptness. The crewmember that also went outside to get the supervisor back inside to hopefully work, was sent home. At least she was trying. Read moreThe quality of employees this place has really gone downhill and I've been going here for years. I have had nothing but issues with the app and when you ask anyone about it, none of the employees know anything about it or who I can reach out to. I have hundreds of points I can't use. Then the other night I ordered dinner for my family... I keep getting updates telling me it was being prepped, than placed in oven, then even on its way! Two hours later , still no pizza. So I call up to the store and get repeatedly hung up on if they answered at all! So I finally decided to drive up to the store and an employee tells me the manager that supposedly just got fired would RANDOMLY CANCEL ORDERS SO HE DIDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM 🤯 Then I proceeded to sit there and wait for them to mess up my pizza and have to re-make it, and as I waited, I watched them all ignore the phone ringing! Only one employee checked on me and my order and he was the ONLY one I saw answer the phone. I even have a video of them ignoring the phone multiple times.
