Bill's Plumbing — Local services in Castalia

I can not thank Bill's plumbing enough for unclogging our sink drain. Our home warranty company sent out 2 other plumbers before sending us Bill's Plumbing. They say the third times the charm but Bill's Plumbing was a diamond in the rough!

Out of the three plumbers I would ONLY recommend Bill's Plumbing. The other first plumber (Bass Plumbing) tried to snake the drain and then gave up and left my kitchen sink leaking. I didn't notice it for almost two days. I had to tighten my pipes and air out the cabinet for a few days. The second plumber (Modern Plumbing) was at least a little bit more helpful and went to the crawl space to at least look at the pipe after realizing snaking didn't help the clog. They told me my only option was to replace a section of pipe because they were "probably rusted shut". They reported to the home warranty company and wanted about $900 worth of work. To replace 15' of pipe. These materials would have costed me about $32 and maybe an hour of my time. We had guest coming into town and luckily the home warranty company sent me Bill's Plumbing.

They unclogged our sink drain without having to replace pipes and I can not thank them enough for their work. If we have issues in the future I am going to call Bill's Plumbing directly and not deal with the hassles of a home warranty company. Thank you...

I had been without running water in my house for five (5) days before calling Mr. Bill this morning, (12/28/22). His staff assured me that if they could get to it today, they would. Scott and his assistant Tony arrived at my house a little after 3:00pm and QUICKLY diagnosed the problem and went to work repairing the issue. They replaced my pressure tank and the fittings in short order and was extremely professional the entire time. I contacted Bill's Plumbing at 10:40 in the morning about a non-urgent issue we were having with our water pressure and also the knobs on our bathtub faucets not working properly (because of a repair we tried to do ourselves). They said they were in the area and came by less than an hour later. They fixed all of of the issues we were having and for a very reasonable price. And to top it off, they were super nice people to deal with which was just icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Bill's and will definitely contact them again if we ever need plumbing work done...
