I wrote a 5+star review for York on Yelp after he came to our house. We contacted him around 3:00 in the afternoon about the sound going out on our 54 inch Vizio. By 6:30 the same day, he had come to our house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, given us a final bill (no service call fee because we hired him to fix our tv) and promised to return as soon as the part came in (within 4-5 business days). True to his word, today he texted, gave us a two-hour window, arrived on time, replaced the part, reprogramed out SmartTV, and was finished in a half hour. I wish I could give less than one star for this company! Alpha TV and repair ruined my tv! I was sent this company through Best Buy repair services for my tv. The screen went out on my tv and Best Buy sent out Alpha TV. I was told 5 to 10 business days to repair. The tv was returned with smudges and hand prints on the inside of the screen. I declined this and told them to fix it. They had my tv for another week. The tv then came back with SCRATCHES on the inside of the screen. Alpha TV told me to contact Best Buy since "its your issue not ours". I have other issues with Best Buy now but I was told they will not warranty the "work" and I am now stuck with a TV that was damaged by this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH...

My experience with getting my TV repaired was way better than I expected. I honestly didn't even know that there were TV repair men out there. I thought that everyone just replaces it. When I looked at the cost to replace my 65 inch Roku TV, I decided I would give a repair service a try. I was not disappointed. York came to my house and picked up the TV. He had it in his possession for about 4 to 5 days before he called me to let me know that it had been repaired and he returned it. Working like it's brand new. Thanks...
