Amazing store!! Starting with their Manager Juan Carlos and entire store staff. Sales Reps. & check-out personnel are extremely professional and courteous.

They all want to learn about your need in order to show you the furniture that you are looking for and not waste time looking for it. Time is money and finding sales reps. that cares about your need and knows their inventory is very rare now these days.

Sadly, PR stores lacks of customer service, but at Ambiente Moderno is the total opposite. Customer Satisfaction & Service is the most important thing for them. Impressing!!

I went looking for just a nice bedroom set and ended up purchasing tons of other items. I felt in love with their beautiful furniture, accessories, rugs, outdoor furniture, pieces of art and gorgeous & practical sofa.

Prices are reasonable when taking into consideration the quality and uniqueness of their items. Not the type of furniture that you can purchase on a major retailer (unique pieces). They are focus on style, functionality and quality.

Another important factor to consider when buying from Ambiente Moderno is the fact that you are supporting a local Puerto Rico company that excel the level of customer service that you deserves. A business that cares about their customers (since you enter the store you feel the good vibe and you are acknowledged/greeted by an employee with a smile and genuine intentions to help you).

Very rarely, I would spend time issuing a review. But, on this occasion, I took time out of my busy schedule to do so because this is an amazing Co. A business that takes pride on what they do and a store were you feel valued.

I hope that other stores in PR emulate the business model of Ambiente Moderno. Would rate them with 10+ stars , but there’s not an option for above 5 stars rating.

First, this is a super professional company. From sales to ordering to delivery, everything was done well and efficiently. Can't say enough about the service in all steps and special thanks to the delivery people. Second, I bought everything on sale for my nice airbnbs. 2 couches and three outdoor sets. All great value and quality products. Third. I would definitely buy some higher end pieces for home...not all my style but a few things I liked a lot. Pick up service at the store warehouse in Cataño is highly inefficient. They have a waiting time of over an hour just to pick a single small table and they only open the facility from Wednesday to Saturday from Noon to 3:00 PM. Totally absurd.
