Quiero expresar mi molestia por el mal manejo de una orden que realicé en 4/28/2025 y notifique que estaría pasando el día 5/1/2025 a recogido en Dorado, la orden fue confirmada con número de orden, y al pasar a recoger el producto, como indiqué. Al llegar, me dicen que está “out of stock”, lo cual nunca me fue informado.

Tras casi dos horas de espera, me confirman que sí hay producto, pero no me lo venderán porque fue apartado para otro cliente mayorista. Me parece una gran falta de respeto que confirmen una orden y luego la cancelen sin aviso, haciéndome perder tiempo y recursos.

Espero que tomen medidas para que esto no...
