Whether ur picking up or delivering you must enter at the guard shack which is very narrow like toll booth narrow. If they're not ready for you they will make you turn around and leave and they will call you. To turn around you have to to around to the back of the whse and come back out the narrow driveway with yellow poles on both sides. At least the two trucks tops are only a mile away. For picking up you have to enter thru the guard shack again but at least that side has more room for backing. For delivery you enter thru the gate past the security gate and wait for them to open it. Tight turn to get in and just as tight when backing to docks. Need more room in front of docks. I arrived at 3pm for a 3pm appt was told to go to the truck stop and wait for a call. 3hrs later got the call, went back and there's a truck in door 1 and 3. The truck in door 3 moved over to door 2 bc there is absolutely not enough room to hit door 2 between two other trucks. So wise move on his part. Then in order for the truck in door 2 to leave me and the truck in door 1 unhooked and moved out of the way for him. Then it was easy. No s/r office. No vending machines. The bathroom is a portapotty outside next to the docks. All the workers here seem to have no interest in doing their jobs in a timely manner. Everyone was moving around non chalantly. Finally unloaded at 930pm. Went back to the new QT. I highly do not recommend coming here. If you do I hope ur experience is better than mine. Easy to...

Upon driving past this facility a tractor trailer came barreling out in front of me. Not sure why he didn't wait for me to pass.. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid a major collision, as I was going about 45 miles an hour.. Whoever was driving this truck had the complete and utter disregard for the safety and well being of anybody around him.. Tractor trailers in general are not good at following the rules of the road, and have a habit of pushing their way out in front of people - they are well aware that you will have to accommodate them, because you're the little guy.. It's bad, it's careless and it's just plain illegal... And shame on you Cargill for not monitoring this more closely.. People's lives are at stake here, where are you at in all this ??? I tried to call the number listed on the website and it is disconnected.. Be very careful when driving past this facility -you may be taking your life in...

I was a delivery. Arrived at 1120 for a 1300. Unloaded at 1900. Seriously 6 hours after the appt. Spent 5 hours just sitting in the dock. There is no parking of any kind at this place, not to pickup, not to wait, not to deliver. You have to check in then leave and park at the pilot or the QT and wait for them to call. The entrance looks like a car entry not a truck entry, I nearly went right past it. There is no space inside their fence at all, front or back. Even their entrance is one lane in and out. To deliver, after they've called you with a dock, deliveries go in one of the three front docks accessible by a different gate. Extremely tight to maneuver. Why they take 3 at a time I have no idea because they were unloading the trucks 1 at a time.
