Dollar General — Local services in Cayce

I had an awful experience at this particular Dollar General. The store manager Crystal was very rude from start to finish. My cousin and I found Penny items using our DG app. Long story short the items per the store manager Crystal were not ringing up. We showed her the app and she said they don't honor what's on the app. Ok that's fine. The issue is, Crystal was very loud, rude and disrespectful. When I asked her name she even asked if I needed to know how to spell it, which I took as an insult to say I'm not educated enough know how to spell her name. Even though she stated the items were not scanning she still stated very loudly that she would be placing the items back on the shelf. Not to mention the store was crowded and there was a line of people behind us. Definable taking this to corporate!!!. Forget the penny but I do demand respect especially when I'm giving...

Just went here for the last time. The two employees were incredibly rude, and they had a very inappropriate podcast playing loudly on a speaker at the registers. It was on a loop and it kept saying things that all the children in the store shouldn't have been hearing. I'm not one to be easily bothered by this sort of thing, but it had even me irritated. I couldnt even hear my husband talking right beside me over the podcast. When ringing me up for gift cards, one cashier saw the cash in my hand and didn't bother to tell me his register was card only until it was too late. The next cashier didn't even attempt to reprint my receipts, which I NEEDED to get for my transactions. 1 star is way too good of a rating for this experience. I hope corporate reaches out to...

Just left this location. The woman working here with long black hair just yelled at me with her face all red because no one is checking themselves out and she is too busy to check people out. I tried to lighten her mood and gave a slight chuckle and she told me it really isn't funny bc people have a self checkout and don't use it. I told her I would have but I needed something behind the counter. I hadn't even finished my sentence and she was fussing me out again.
