The experience was just horrible, the order was wrong and the flowers looked like they were thrown together at the last minute, my paid expidted delivery before 12 o’clock didn’t happen, when I called was told it’ll be 30 minutes which turned into 2.5 hours. This was a surprise birthday to beat all! I will never ever use this florist again. Happy birthday turn horrible bad. Not to mention this order was placed on the 19th to be delivered on the 27th, plenty of time to get it right in my opinion....

I ordered a specific Valentine's day floral arrangement online. A completely different floral arrangement arrived. Delivery driver was told that I did not order that particular bouquet. Driver called someone, in front of me, and told the other person about the mix up. Driver took the flowers back with him and said my actual flowers would arrive, "maybe tomorrow, I don't know"...It's now the day after Valentine's and I'm STILL waiting for those flowers!!! Of course, flowers were paid...

Beyond thrilled! I called to place an order for my grandmother's birthday and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. We discussed that my grandma's favorite color was pink, and they put an amazing arrangement together for her (and sent photos in advance for me to see)!
