Called Professional Appliance and explained that I was having a problem with my washing machine, and that I was looking to make an appointment to have them come look at it. They came out the same day! That’s unbelievable! Andy came out, checked out the machine, found the problem and ordered the parts. Andy came back out to the house and started tearing it apart, and unfortunately found that there was some more major issues. Rather than just replace the part, and then hope it would work, he advised us that it would be a waste of money repairing it and recommended replacing the machine all together. They don’t sell new appliances, so he wasn’t trying to sell me a machine. He was just very honest, cut me a break on the bill, and even took the time to answer questions on brands and warranties and so on. In these days of customer service being hard to find, we definitely found it with Professional Appliances....

These guys were great from the get go! Our LG refrigerator quit working and they were relentless until it was fixed. Andy, Chris and AJ all worked together to get it repaired. The LG company messed up a couple of times with sending the wrong parts but these guys never gave up. I felt the price they charged was very fair considering they had to come several times due to incorrect parts sent by LG but they never gave up and now we have our refrigerator working again and didn't have to spend the money on a new one. AJ who normally answers the phone was so pleasant and patient each and every time I spoke with him (which was a lot.) Brought a washer to them for repair here. Other place out of town diagnosed wrong. This place replaced the lid switch and said they cleaned the clutch? Had clutch electrical repair on the receipt. The washer washed the clothes, but would not spin. To me, if it was the clutch electrical problem also, it shouldn't move the drum on the wash cycle either. 🤷 Anyway, I spent $326.18 which was the total charge that included $60 for taking it there to diagnose.
