I bought an All Clad Cooper Core Dutch Oven from William Sonoma and was told it was induction capable. I used rarely on an electric stove and gas stove. Years later I buy a home with an induction stove and the Dutch Oven was not induction compatible as I find out and all-clad did not use magnetic steel on this pot. I ask for a replacement made with magnetic steel so I would own an an induction capable Dutch oven as I was sold years earlier by Williams Sonoma (beware). 1have owned it for years and was told it had a lifetime had warranty and feel like this is a manufacture defect as it was sold to me as induction ready at authorized retailer. I sent the pot back to All lad and they refused to replace it. I bought at Williams Sonoma and they sold the $500.00 Copper Core Dutch Oven as Induction Ready! All clad made this copper core Dutch oven without magnetic steel and is not induction ready. Williams Sonoma sold it to me as induction ready and all clad will not honor the $500.00 Copper Core Dutch Oven lifetime warranty as l asked for a replacement induction ready Dutch oven replacement. This is a manufacture defect to sell an item as induction ready and not make it with magnetic steel. I want a replacement and shipping charges returned to me as I sent my DefectiveAll clad Dutch coppercore induction ready. They are not being truthful as l have no numbers or etc on others and they work and are induction ready. This expensive copper core was suppose to have been produced with magnetic steel and it was not! They made up lies and excuses and returned without an email explaining their decision to not replace. They did not care that their authorized dealer sold a copper core all clad Dutch oven as induction ready and it was made out of regular steel. I sent it and they sent it right back without notice or even apologizing. I now own a home with an induction stove and now I do not have a functioning induction compatible Dutch Oven that Williams Sonoma sold as induction ready and charged me twice the money for this pot. and I bought as induction ready! All clad has been horrible to deal with and they do not care! They do not care that Williams Sonoma sold me their Copper core Dutch oven as induction ready and it is not. They defend themselves and say it is too old. I bought others that are older copper core and they work fine. This pot was manufactured without magnetic steel as needed for induction cooking. I want a replacement or $500 towards a Copper ore Dutch oven that is induction compatible as I was sold at their authorized dealer Williams Sonoma! Buyers Beware.

I recently took a tour of the All-Clad facility in Canonsburg. The tour guides were very knowledgable and I gained an even deeper appreciation for the brand. I have been using All-Clad cookware for decades and it has stood the test of time. The handles never loosen, it is easy to clean and food cooks evenly.

I have been a huge fan of All-Clad for 35 years. Was I ever stupid. This company is the definition of paying for a label. A great majority of their SKU's are manufactured in China and elsewhere offshore. Even their USA manufactured stainless D3 and D5 items have been a modern failure (look up the sharp edges lawsuit). What is truly disturbing is the cesspool that has become All-Clad's public image via the entitled, rude, lying and completely unhelpful frontline staff that act as a gatekeeper. The way that All-Clad so clearly has policies and procedures in place to demonstrate how they are acting in bad faith in ragards to their customer service commitment as well as their legal warranty. I have been trying to get a single D5 saucier with sharp edges returned for warranty evaluation for well over 10 years now. All-Clad has gone completely mad. Every time I contact customer service, they insist on sending a label via email that NEVER comes. They do not have any other resources to assign me, as they age demonstrated consistently all these years. I have grown to hate All-Clad. I have replaced them in my kitchen and no longer can recommend All-Clad in good conscience. It's sad to see the final breath is a once great American cookware...

Terrible customer service. My order was incomplete and when I contacted customer service to ask for the item to be sent to me, they asked me to send a photo of it not being received. What?! The item was a cleaner and the least expensive item in the shipment. I felt like they suspected I was lying. Just didn’t make sense to me. I had planned to slowly replace all of my pots and pans with their product, but have...
