hitting was very fun and very much worth the money. unfortunately though, the costumer service is unacceptable. the cashier laynee was very rude and impatient. she had very bad attitude towards my family. the only nice encounter i had with a person behind the desk was the other woman i gave the equipment back to. also, i noticed one person left a review giving credit to the employees and listed of the name Chastion (i might have spelled that wrong). then a couple reviews down, Chastion left a review. could be a mistake, but that is unacceptable for employees to leave 5 star reviews when the customer service is unheard of. could be a coincidence, but i doubt it. the prices are also way to much. i’ve been to many places like this and ive never experienced such weird way to start the cages and high price. truly a very bad place to go to. first and last time...

Cages and equipment themselves were great. Worth the money and my family had a good time. However, the customer service we experienced was terrible. My family came in from out of town and have no experience with how the cages are operated. We were confused how it worked and trying to understand exactly what we were paying for. The brunette woman behind the counter (I think her name was Laynee) seemed annoyed to answer questions, had little to no patience and her attitude toward my family both on the phone and in person was terrible. It was way too hostile of an interaction for a simple batting cage. We almost walked out over the way she was speaking to us. Such fantastic experience! The facilities has a variety of pitching speeds to suit all skill levels. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Chaisson and Gavin making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for some fun, these batting cages are definitely worth checking out! You can even try out different bats.
