Great Business Model, Poor Execution!!! I am a small business manager and I buy rare parts for my projects from these folks and when I first bought items, I was extremely pleased. Their employees were knowledgable and seemed to care. As time went on, it seemed like every worker I was referred to was new. When I asked for specific workers, they were no longer there. The high turnover rate had me suspicious since they were a small company and seemed to show passion for people. My last two experiences with the company were horrible.
