I pulled up here last night at 7:45, not knowing they closed at 8. Eduardo and Yesinia didn’t seem to be expecting any more customers that late and so the grill was cleaned and turned off. I turned to go and they kindly insisted that I go ahead and order. Working in the service industry for so long, I know how it feels to be able to end your day and walk out the door, but they got that grill going and quickly and graciously fulfilled my order. They even gave me a sample of their fideo soup to sip on and keep me warm while I waited. It was so good I added a big cup to my order! I got the Pastor taco, it had pineapple and was very authentic and super delicious! I also ordered the Birria taco. Soooooo good! Pros: Amazing tacos!! Got the chorizo, and it was delicious. The lady taking orders was nice too with the ordering process as it’s a little confusing what toppings are included on the basic taco. They have all the main soda options and sparkling water. Their seating is nice option as well.

Cons: Reducing my rating to 4 stars because of hygiene- the guy cooking the food, kept pushing back his hair with his gloves he was wearing and then wiped his nose at one point with the glove. Definitely not appetizing. Need hair nets and general hygiene training for those cooking food. Also, a little more expensive than I would’ve expected for a small corn taco with only a little chorizo.
