If I could just leave a review without giving a rating I would, place is below garbage. Was rebuilding an old nitro, experience started off great. What I thought was a knowledgeable staff walked me through all the main simple upgrades. Until I got to the drive train, came in one day and was told a specific pair of drive shafts would work, after TWO more trips to the store to swap out the WRONG drive shafts. They end up telling me they do not make them for my nitro and the 80$ I spent with them is NOT REFUNDABLE. After 3 “knowledgeable” employees repeatedly looked in their parts manual for every time I had returned to the store to finally tell me that they do not make them and the money I had already spent (under their word) was not refundable but was able to be used as store credit. I used up the store credit, and have taken my business to online, I’ll wait for the correct parts the first time around....

Great staff! My son and I have owned the Traxxas Teton for 3 days and have needed two repairs already lol! That's because my son drives it like a maniac and no fault of the product it's a high-quality truck. Racing it outdoors is the most fun we can really open it up where inside there are more obstacles. I work on the road and always look up hobby shops wherever I go and let me say this one does not disappoint. Very friendly and super knowledgeable staff that will take the time to help and more importantly, explain the how-to's and why's.
