Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I really wanted to place a zero star review. I placed an order for food and I received it without two of my burritos, so I placed it again. The second time my dasher said another dasher recieved it, but no one did and I never got it, so I placed it a 3rd time and then they refused to make it. Finally I drove there myself and placed the order for pickup this time (as Doordarsh refunded it in credit so I could only place my order online cause thats where my money was refunded.) as so there would be no mistake and I'd pick it up myself. Which finally worked and I'm giving them this one starreview, because that slightly redeemed them from a no star review. Additionally, the service was just nonunderstanding, rude and disrespectful until the end. They even cursed back at one of my Dashers that tried helping earlier in the situation. Thank you and be more kind and understanding from the start. Furthermore if you want to make up or raise this review, I just expect a nicely worded apology and better...

So, I feel they probably couldn't have messed up my order more without literally being intentional. Let's get to the first thing.. I ordered 4 Doritos Locos Tacos (they didn't have them, alright fine. I'll pay the extra for something I'm not getting.. whatever. Not that big of a deal). I also ordered two Cheesy Gordito Crunches.. they didn't have the spicy ranch sauce on them, an integral part of the specialty (not an add on or a substitution, it's standard). Love a dry taco; said nobody. My meal included Nachos and cheese, the cheese cup was less than half filled. I ordered the 5 layer burrito without beans, there were beans of course. I realized I was missing my Fiesta Potatoes AND my cinnabites.. went through the drive through again and got them. The potatoes were hard. On the bright side, when I came back for my missing items they gave me 3 coupons for a free taco... that will likely also be incorrect. Thanks but no thanks. Pretty much every single item I ordered was...

09/10/18 -- OK, the thing about this Taco Bell is that they will game the drive through... Meaning you pull up. There might be 4 cars ahead of you lining up to the order kiosk. You look over and there are NO cars at the drive-up window. .. What does this Mean!!

They are always super nice and conversational and chatty but their fulfillment times are clocked from when drive through order is placed until payment is processed.

I get it - They want to look good to corporate or the franchise owners or whatever (and there might be real money on the line for the management) but it feels a little odd when forced to participate in such shenanigans.

That said their processes time is pretty good compared to the McDonald's, BK and Wendy's on the block.

So if your lunch 1/2 is tight, this place is as good or maybe a little better than the competition on getting you your food fast, shenanigans aside.
