I will never park at CID parking ever again! The owners are incredibly wonderful people, not to mention very flexible, respond immediately every time you contact them, and they’re always there to help you. I called 5 hours before I was due to check in at the airport (around 11pm) and they were there ready to go waiting for me with the shuttle outside running at 4am when I arrived. The door opened as soon as I pulled in to the parking lot and I drove right in to the garage. Not only that, when I returned, I arrived a day early at different time than I was originally planning and it (of course) was no issue. I’m so appreciative that they’ve brought a service like this to the Eastern Iowa Airport! Even if it costs a little more, the price is worth every penny if you value your car and your time. I’d give 20,000 stars if I could!! Thanks again...

Park & Fly CR was an amazing experience. They met us at drop-off, super quick and easy process - then drove us right to the airport for the drop-off. Pick-up was an equally perfect and easy experience. They were there waiting as we grabbed our baggage. They drove us right to our truck - we came back when the weather was -15° and it was so nice to not have to walk to long term parking in those temps! Because their garage is temperature controlled- it to no time for our vehicle to warm up and we were on out way. We will definitely be using this...
