I love seeing people happy ....I offer a huge selection of unique and classic items covered in chocolate and well as hundreds of novelty items in our Robinson Mall location (Reeds candy rolls, Satellite wafers, Marpoles) and lots of others . We also sell a large variety of baking and candy supplies, we offer many colors/flavors of several brands of melting disks and tempering chocolate, puff pastry, bettercreme and soooo much more. It makes me so happy when customers stop into pick up their custom orders with huge smiles on their faces for weddings/baby showers. Bought Merkens chocolate to make homemade candy. I have been doing this for over 35 years. The white chocolate will not melt. I spoke with Chocolate Boutique staff who said this has been an issue. Did not offer a refund. Did not inform me when I was buying it that it does not melt. My suggestion would be to go to Sweet Supplies, they were honest and told me of the issue with Merkens and I purchased Clasen chocolate to mix, which worked wonderfully.
