My family purchased some beef from a relative and had it processed here and divided into quarters. After receiving the beef from South Sanpete Pack we noticed my quarter had a significant amount less. It didn’t have any roasts in it, half the steaks it should have, and weighed over 40 lbs less than the other quarters. South Sanpete Pack claims they gave everything out that they had. Processing three lambs, I needed a solid date so someone out of state could arrange travel to pick up their meat. Calling the day before pickup I found out that the meat wasn't processed and wasn't planned to be for a week. I had put in an order to get stew meat from one complete animal so was expecting about thirty pounds.
