T Rex Arms — Local services in Centerville

I’ve been watching the YouTube channel for awhile now. Always wanted a T REX ARMS sidecar since before I could obtain my CCL. Once I got my CCL, and my firearm of choice. Straight to T REX ARMS for my holster. Purchased the sidecar 2.0 in all black. Paired with a quality carry belt, this holster is everything I imagined it would be. It’s comfortable, doesn’t pinch, doesn’t dig ( especially since I’m not exactly slim) contour's to my body perfectly and conceals my 19 Gen 5 amazingly. Tucks it against my body and you can’t see anything! I can’t express how great of a team this company is and how devoted they are to making quality holsters. I recommend them to anyone I talk to about holsters. T REX ARMS will have me as a customer for many years to come.

Update: Yet another purchase this time for a Springfield armory hellcat holster. One for a red dot and another holster with an added weapon light. Both holsters are once again amazing. Now I can carry my hellcat with or without a light on it depending on certain situations. T.Rex Arms has had everything I look for so far as to wear other companies don’t. Even though I know I’m undoubtedly buying from T.Rex Arms, I always look just to see if other companies have what I’m looking for. In this case, finding a holster for a hellcat with an optic and a TLR-7 sub was impossible. Nonetheless, T.Rex Arms comes through once again with a holster for both. I’ve always trusted T.REX Arms gear, but after this recent experience, I trust the company behind it even more.

They recently announced a trade-in program for those who had purchased a P320 holster, allowing customers to send it back and receive a holster for a different firearm platform. The timing couldn’t have been more frustrating—I had just sold my P320 five days before the announcement, and included the holster in the trade.

I reached out to explain the situation, fully expecting a “Sorry, you just missed it.” Instead, Jeremy from their team responded almost immediately—and without hesitation, issued a full refund for the new holster I had just purchased for my replacement platform, even though I had nothing to send back.

That kind of generosity and customer care is rare. They didn’t have to do anything for me, but they stood behind their values and took care of a customer anyway. No red tape. No hassle. Just integrity.

Awesome company with amazing customer service. I bought a sidecar holster and within 6 months I had an issue with the fasteners of the holster becoming visibly rusted in the threaded portion of the screw nuts. I asked them if this was normal for these products as I had other holsters from others before and they informed me it had to be a bad batch with the coating not adhering to the metals.

They ended up correcting the problem and sent me out an entire new fastener set with grommets and all included but only time will tell if this happens again. I trust the company and their process, I just saw with my own eyes this product they use/make rust while being put through the same conditions of my other $30 holsters which to this day have no issues... All in all a great set of people from what I can tell and I'd buy from them again based on the quality and how they handled it all (assuming it doesn't...
