I will never do business with T-Rex Arms again. I placed two orders with them. One shipped and delivered in a timely fashion and one never did. I sent multiple emails to their customer service center with no response. I messaged them on Instagram with no response. I messaged Lucas and explained that I had emailed them and received no response and his only reply was to send me the customer service email address. Awesome experience every time, I own 3 holsters and have had an amazing experience every time, I have been reading different reviews online on Google that say that people have not had good experience with the customer service, one of the reviews was slamming Lucas the owner of the company for not responding to an email about a wrong order, another guy was just stating that they are a no good YouTube company. I just think these guys need prayer in general. Before you smart guys jump on Google and give bad reviews to Trex arms that is a Christian and 2A supporting company, why don't you actually have evidence to back up statements. After receiving my concealed carry permit I purchased a trex arms quick ship holster because I was eager to start training and preparing myself to carry a firearm. I have handled several other holsters that were owned by friends of mine but I am more than satisfied with both of the trex arms holsters I have purchased.
