Jennifer was my sales lady and did an excellent job of helping me to select the right Tempurpedic/base and she was very patient and knowledgable. It was also good to hit a sale that netted free pillows and sheets! The manufacturer had a major glitch with my mattress order. A manufacturer's rep told me he couldn't say when my mattress would be available. Refused to commit to an end date such as "within 30 days, 60 days, etc." Garrison's worked with the manufacturer to solve the problem. It involved an upgrade at no cost to me and a speedy delivery. Alex and Jacob were very professional and polite when delivering and setting up bed, taking special care to avoid walls, etc., when bringing the bed through the house. We have purchased furniture from Garrison's before - so this should have been our first stop. But I was trying to get an idea on my lunch break and went to two mattress places close to my work first. Both had huge signs in their windows about amazing sales - 40-70% off - but when I went inside there were no prices posted anywhere. I walked in and out, and called Garrisons. I told them the price I wanted to spend, and explained that we had limited time because of after school activities. They had the paperwork set up for us so we could run in after work, sign, pay, drop off our sons' old mattresses, and get their new mattresses in less than 5 minutes. We were in the market for a new mattress and box spring. We worked with Drew who couldn't have been more pleasant. Very helpful and knowledgeable and NO high pressure sales. When I phoned him the next day with our decision, he was very prompt to return my call. The order was placed immediately that evening and the next day I received a call to schedule delivery. Justin and Jake, who delivered were equally pleasant and professional! And I really appreciated their "respect" of our home in that they rolled out a large mat at the front door, to ensure their shoes were clean when entering. That little detail really impressed me!
