There I was, surrounded by human corpses. The dame from before was nowhere to be seen. I could hear a grinding sound in the general direction of where the door had been. I walked over to look into it, no sense in standing around. I got to the door, and there she was, turning the handle on a meat grinder. But meat wasn't coming out the other end of it, no sir. What came out of that machine was some kind of pasta. It looked like spaghetti noodles, but I could tell there was something much more sinister about it. The woman turned to look at me, and everything changed again. Now I was standing in a fountain, a large bell tower looming nearby. The woman had vanished again.
