My family and I recently visited the bowling alley for the first time. We had a nice time bowling and the lanes are very nice. We also decided to eat and ordered the philly, pizza, burgers and the hot dogs. Burger and pizza were great, the philly was a bit bland for my taste. Need some seasoning. After 2 hours of bowling, we decided to play with the grandsons in the game room for a while. We each got a $25 card. I personally played a game where you spin a big wheel and hit 1000 tickets. It made lots of noise about grand prize winner... When we went to check out the tickets were not on the card. I mentioned this to Ashley (the young lady working) and her response was "I guess you don't get them then". My grandsons and I just looked at her. I found it to be disrespectful and not very professional. I get that some may try and take advantage. The way I see it, we as a family came in and spent right at $300 in this establishment. The staff should be able to have enough discernment to know that we were not lying. I mean what you get for 1000 tickets is worth $10 max. Anyway, it was not about the money, but it taught my grandsons a lesson that likely could have been avoided. She was not interested in rectifying the situation at all ( Likely because the young folks working were too busy looking at their devices and did not want to be bothered). Two of my grandsons also did not get some of the tickets won on the cards. So we were a bit disappointed in the game room, but we made the best of it. I did contact them on the FB messenger but did not get a response. Other than this, we enjoyed it and will go back for bowling, but will not likely visit the arcade again. Update. Debbie made everything right . This...
Read moreVisited 8/2 from 11-2. Bowling was great. However, our food experience was pretty bad. One employee was working the bar/register/kitchen. Only one. My hats off to her because I would've walked out. She was running herself ragged trying to prepare orders for four different groups of people all at once. I asked for the manager and was told he was at Easy Street. I walked over to let him know that she was doing a great job but desperately needed help as the situation was not good at all. At Easy Street, at least five employees were sitting there with nothing to do. I get it; they're different establishments, and you can't just send workers over to the other place. This is where the manager should have stepped in. He told me that they have plenty of employees but they don't schedule many because of the amount of customers. Well, there were plenty of customers, and that poor lady in the kitchen got the brunt of it. What surprised me is that we were there another hour plus after I let him know the situation, and this manager never came back over to Duke's to help her. Anyway, my hats off to the hard-working lady running Duke's by herself....

My friend and I met up with our families not only had to wait almost an hour because she said we had to have two lanes due to our kids wanting to bowlâŚThey range from 2-5. We were ok with one lane and sharing but had to wait for two lanes due to us having 8 people. As we waited and finally got a lane and she asked if we wanted 30-1hr. I said probably 30mins thinking we can extend time if needed. She then proceeds to tell me one of us has to pay for all of itâŚ.I was like no we are splitting it. She said she couldnât do that. I told her how about you ring up one lane, 4 shoes, and charge one of us and then do the same for the otherâŚFinally we are about to bowl! Well we told our husbands we did 30mins and they said to go back and do an hour. Literally we went back and she said we couldnt pay for 30 more minsâŚ.When not even 5mins ago she offered us an 1hrâŚ.She was not only rude but she honestly could careless to help in ANYWAY! Worst customer service. Recommend going somewhere else to bowl like Rome or Chattanooga. We will...
