Truly an excellent customer service support team. Very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. They resolved an issue with a product I had purchased which was out of warranty, in a very fair and expeditious manner. I could not be more satisfied with how everything was ultimately resolved. Was it completely free? No. Was it a very reasonable and fair comprise in terms of cost, YES. Did the product come back completely fixed and essentially good as as new? YES and YES. Cuckoo Electronics America's support team understands how critical it is to their brand (or any brand for that matter) to have satisfied customers even years after their purchase was made. Why? Because loyal customers are their best salespeople! Take notice consumer product companies, when you have a highly satisfied customer, both from a product AND service/support standpoint they will go on to recommend your products well into future. Not to mention, they themselves will stay loyal to the brand for years as well. Customer appreciation and brand loyalty are still very real, tangible benefits towards building and maintaining a successful brand, even in 2025! Company should have sent the original product that I purchased back right away- not after an inspection on the wrongly sent item on their part. (They did do 2nd day air shipping though) And after two months and all this hassle they are apparently going to credit me back only a whopping 10%. Verdict - they do not care nor understand service recovery.
Horrible customer service. Paid for a product and received the wrong item. Believed the company sent us an alternative . After two full weeks using the product- cuckoo said it wanted it back and threatened to charge me. Legally one does not have to return a wrongly sent item, however out of good faith I sent it back on their terms and out of inconvenience to me. Cuckoo should have sent my original item that I ordered ASAP or via overnight shipping but I have yet to receive an email stating it has been sent to me nor have I received any response to my email from a few days ago, even though I can see a response 9 hours ago to a google review...

I’m giving Cuckoo Customer Service and Ms. Park at Cuckoo Georgia 5 stars for their outstanding help with my Cuckoo blender warranty. Even though the blender was a free gift with my Cuckoo large air purifier, they honored the warranty and handled everything with patience, professionalism, and great follow-up.
That said, the local Cuckoo store should have taken the lead instead of pushing the warranty issue back on me. When you buy from a specific store because of a trusted relationship, customer service should match that trust — not leave the customer feeling taken for granted. I hope the local store will strengthen its service by supporting customers directly, without asking them to handle communication between the store and the service center.
