We had problems with both our newer equipment & printer. I contacted Burt & he came over within a short time. He understood our issues w/o explaining in detail & immediately started 'the fix'! Our hard drive suddenly died with no backup. We called Burt on a Saturday and he was over in less than an hour. He was able to recover the data, and replace our computer with a much needed upgrade, along with an external hard drive to backup, two monitors, keyboard, and mouse.
