As far as CVS itself, I have no issue⦠As far as the managers treatment of her staff at the Galpin Blvrd Chanhassen, MN location, on the evening of 1/9/25, I am absolutely appalled!!! Yelling across the store at them; at first, I just thought they were coworkers who mess around with each other like that. Around the 3rd or 4th time, I noticed her tone of voice and lack of response from the people she was yelling at; definitely thought how unprofessional it is, but still minded my business. It was when I was at the self checkout and she had gone into an enclosed office(I assume) and I can now hear her yelling and cursing until a young man comes out of there and comes over to me and another customer and very kindly asks āIf we found everything we were looking for/If we needed any assistance/How we are doingā. So I responded with asking if he was okay and he said he was; I donāt think he got it, yet, why Iād asked. Then I asked if the lady in there was, pointing towards the office. He kind of chuckled nervously, realizing now why Iād asked him if he was okay, and probably not knowing how to respond. No worries, because I quickly inserted my opinion on the fact that he should never let someone at work, even if itās his boss, talk to him like that. His response was, āMeh. Itās a job.ā The conversation went on a little bit, enough for me to ask for her name so I can call corporate about it (Iām not one to call and complain or even do reviews, thatās how bad this was!) I happened to get an email asking me to do a survey about my experience and then it led me to this, so here I am, trying my hardest to make sure they no longer have to endure...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always feel bad for the staff here because corporate greed has clearly made it impossible for them to do a good job. It's always terribly understaffed for how busy it is. Whenever I call, I have to wait for at least 20 minutes.
Most recently, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru in the "full service" lane to pick up a prescription, and when I got to the window, the associate said, "I'm sorry, you can't pick up your prescription here, you need to go to the other lane."
Yes. I had to leave the FULL-SERVICE lane to go to the DROP-OFF ONLY lane...to pick up a medication. Internal rage ensued. There was a sign that said COVID-19 testing could take place in the left lane, but there was no other signage that you could not pick up in the full-service lane and you could pick-up in the drop-off only lane.
Again, I feel bad for the employees because they're set up for failure. If you need to get a prescription filled here, get the free delivery option. Otherwise, consider going literally...
