Rockabilia — Local services in Chanhassen

Don’t order from them! Their customer service is trash! Ordered from them off of Amazon on 12/11 and received package 12/14. Shirt was the wrong graphic, wrong color, and wrong size. When I called they said they would ship out a return package ASAP. As soon as I received it I was to package the item they sent me and they would ship out the replacement when usps scanned it. I was told I would have the replacement before Christmas. 4 days later and I have not received a return package. I called again and this time got a lady who was very rude. She told me that it takes a week and a half for the return package to show up and that they can’t send the correct tee until they receive the one I got. She also told me the only way to get the correct one in time was to reorder and choose 2 day shipping!!! Like I am going to spend anymore money with them when they can’t even correct...

I ordered 3 "slim fit" t-shirts. Their description, not mine. I'm thinking punk rock, looking like i shopped at a kids store kinda fit; tight in the stomach and sleeves. Nope. All 3 showed up as regular ill-fitting boxy t-shirts that can be purchased anywhere. These are $25 to $29 each. Once I got a hold of the only customer service rep during their very brief 4 hour window, i was informed that it was probably a warehouse error and that i could send them back at my cost. I refused to comply until they sent me a return label, which she did. I also explained that I put one through the wash to see if it would shrink to "slim fit". Nothing was said by the rep. So I send them all back and I get refunded for one, one disappeared, and the one I washed was going to be sent back to me, because i washed it. It was never sent back. So now I'm out $60 with no t-shirts....

i ordered 2 shirts and they came quickly. however, one of them was supposed to be printed on both sides. it came only printed on one side. i tried 3 times now to get ahold of their customer service reps through telephone, & they just keep saying "call back during phone hours, 11a-3p central time." it was 12:13p central time when i called the first time. so now i'm left with a weird shirt that was supposed to be a great valentine's gift, and $23.99 out of my account. i have no idea how to return it or contact them, but all i know is that i will not order again...
