Long story:

Tried checking at 22:10 for my 23:00 appt and waited 10mins until the call went through but got told to come back in 15mins because I was too early. Okay… fine Amazon 😑

I came back 15mins later and it took 20mins to check in because I had to keep repeating myself with the call center from overseas who kept mishearing things because of the language barrier 😑

I had a live unload and the call center checked me in for a dropped trailer 😑

They told me to park my trailer at a parking spot but thank goodness the female yard jockey came to my rescue!

She was so pleasant, friendly and helpful! She gave me instructions on where to check in to get a door and where to park my bobtail afterwards. She advised me to write my phone number down on my paperwork so I’d get a phone call once they were...

This place is a joke. We waited in line to get in +40 min. The truck gate is operated by remote probably from Asia. All this automation is a waste of time. Good luck with your wait. Because the wait is not over after you somehow manage to pass the gate. Do you think your load is ready on time ? Think again. They are cancelling loads often. And there are no people around to help you. Still patiently waiting in line for a Terminator to show up and blow this thing up.
