C&H Lanes — Local services in Chanute

Went with my family, ordered food that i never got, the employee working served people that weren't even there when i ordered. The lane we were on broke on the sixth frame, took him forever to check on it, then he emerged from the back 10 min later he completely ignored us, left the lane still broken. After waiting 15 min my wife went up and said "she understands he's busy, but the lane isn't fixed" he replied its broken and can be fixed. We were there 1.5 hours, bowled 6 frames and got no food. We basically stared at each other for over an hour. I'm sure the owners are great people, but they need to hire better staff. The guy was rude and smug, and lucky i controlled my temper. Will not go back if the same...

I don't understand why people own a business and don't invest money into maintenance and upgrades. A coat of paint, routine cleaning, small improvements will go a long way. Men's rest room smells of strong order of urine like it hasn't been cleaned since the 50's. Perhaps we could at least replaced the faucet....
