Eastern Chinese — Restaurant in Chanute

So my wife and I have eaten here several times over the years. We have stopped here 2 times in the last 2 months both during the lunch hour. Today we stopped here arriving just shortly after noon and there was 5 other customers in the building. The shrimp was over done and cold as well as everything else on the buffet other than the General Tso chicken. We was very disappointed. Went there at 5:05 p.m. the buffet was half empty and what was there was burnt. 90% of the items were deep fried. And overcooked or dried out. A lot of the items were extremely greasy. They had two waitresses that would bring your drink and then they would gather at the front of the store and play on their telephones heard more than one person trying to get their attention.
