I bought 2 fobs for my van from this company and received the product promptly. After doing the research I found that my particular van needed to be programmed by either a locksmith or a dealer, which is what I ended up doing. The dealer could program my one fob but not the other one. When I phoned Keyless Remote Warehouse I was told that they could send me a new one which did not help me as I would have had to pay another service charge by the GM Dealer so I asked for a refund without charging me the 20% restocking charge.
