I don’t think I can truly express my gratitude, appreciation & respect for Tyler. I live 8 hours from my elderly mother. Her 6 year old HVAC system went out on Sunday. I contacted the company that installed & never got a return call. My sister got a friend to look at it who works on the commercial side. He told her to get someone residential. After much research, we decided to try AIC-Pappy’s. I called them this morning & was advised that someone would be out by the afternoon and they’d call me before hand. EVERY word of that statement was true. Tyler called me when he was in route, when he arrived & after assessing what was going on. He asked for clarification/confirmation as to what I wanted done…but what impressed me more than anything, he NEVER attempted to pressure sale anything. I asked him about the cost for summer maintenance & he told me. I told him that I didn’t know the last time it had been performed. Only then did Tyler tell me that it was in desperate need. To me, Tyler’s approached & interaction speaks volumes! He was so sweet, courteous & respectful to my mother. He never said, I’ve spoken with your daughter. He listened to her & gave her what she was asking for. Via camera, I was watching the interaction. If you have any hesitations, don’t…Tyler is one of the dying breeds who truly is out to serve his customer & not to put money in his pocket. Thank you...

We called at about 9 a.m. on Wednesday morning - I kid you not, they were at our home by 9:15 a.m. The business is family owned and I was blessed enough to be a classmate of one of the operating family members. The men that came to our home were honest, respectful, helpful, efficient, and so kind! I have a pitbull puppy, and they let her stay out and play without a single complaint. The entire process was done in a matter of two days. Completely removed the old unit and had it completely reinstalled seamlessly with little to no hassle at all. Made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a chance to increase our warranty for free. The price was fantastic & the gentleman were even kind enough to get a discount for us ( my mom is 80 and I’m her caretaker - it’s just us two women at the house). All I can say is, you won’t find anyone better in the valley. I’m a very satisfied and now a loyal customer. Any jobs that need serviced in this home will be going to Pappy’s! We have recently moved our family into a home here from New Jersey. Until ACI we have had a difficult time getting professional home help in this area (Chelyan). Megan answered the phone and was helpful in working with us to set an appointment as soon as possible when our air conditioning stopped working. Tyler arrived on time and immediately quelled our concerns with his insight to some of the issues we were having. What felt like an impossible problem was reduced down to some simple readjustments to our thermostat. We feel grateful that Tyler was straightforward about the fix using language we could understand.
