Daniel at Surf Shack Rentals is an absolute gem. After calling five other companies with no luck, I was about to give up — but then Daniel came through. Even though he was fully booked, he took the time to call me back, found a way to make it happen, and personally delivered the golf cart to my beach house. His professionalism was matched only by his warmth and kindness. It honestly felt less like a business transaction and more like reconnecting with an old friend.

What truly won me over was learning that Daniel donates carts to individuals with disabilities. That kind of heart is rare, and it says everything about the kind of person he is. I’ll be using Surf Shack Rentals every year going forward. Can’t recommend him enough. Daniel and Surf Shack Rentals are set apart and have a bright future ahead!

Outstanding Golf Cart Rental Experience!

I recently rented a golf cart from Surf Shack Carts for our vacation in Folly, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable!! The booking process was easy, and their customer service was excellent. The cart was in perfect condition—clean, well-maintained, and ran smoothly.

Having the golf cart allowed us to explore Folly Beach effortlessly, adding a fun and convenient element to our vacation. We visited more places than we could have on foot and enjoyed every moment without worrying about parking or walking long distances.

Delivery was right on time, and Haley and Daniel were kind , professional and helpful, providing a quick tutorial. Overall, Surf Shack Carts provided an outstanding experience with top-notch service and quality carts. Highly recommend and wont do another vacation...

If you're visiting Charleston, I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Surf Shack Carts. We had a wonderful experience during our family's quick Spring Break trip. The walking mansion tours became too much for our 9-year-old, who noticed other people with golf carts and asked if we could rent one. Initially, we thought that everyone owned their carts and dismissed his request. However, after some encouragement, we looked it up and found the highly rated, Surf Shack Carts.

When we called, Danny was super friendly and helpful. He arranged to meet us for the drop-off and picked the cart up from a location of our choosing. We had the cart for the entire day, which allowed us to explore so much of Charleston, and we had a fantastic time! Couldn't recommend this...
