NASCAR's customer service, or whoever it is that manages their app, is nearly nonexistent. Although "nonexistent" would be too high of praise for what they deserve. Not only are they unhelpful, they attempt to place blame on outside parties when they are clearly in the wrong. I redeemed gift cards from Fan Rewards in the app, which I worked all year to do. The codes they sent me were faulty and did not work, and when I contacted them about it, they told me the only thing I could do was contact Fanatics. However, Fanatics never issued me anything; it was Fan Rewards that sent the email with the codes (or lack there of). They continuously tried to pin blame on Fanatics for over 2 weeks. They finally came back with "we are unable to help, try contacting Fanatics again." In reality, somebody on their customer support team used my gift cards and robbed me of $75. That's the only explanation as to why they cannot correct their "mistake", because they've already taken my gift cards and spent them. An absolute disgrace of an organization.
