I wanted to give this place 5 stars because they got me in quickly and were friendly but because of the quality I simply cannot. I have 4b hair that was blown out prior to appt and my ends were not tucked properly in the braid. On the first day, I noticed the last 4 rows of my knotless already coming out of the braid which was disappointing. I was going out of the country the next day so I didn’t have time to have it fixed. Another thing was they braided my natural hair too much before adding the braiding hair which made my hair look extremely flat and lifeless. Lastly after multiple attempts at the middle part, my part is not in the middle. Even though I had some issues, everyone was very friendly, timely and I was able to get an appt next day after calling. The price was also great too. Ms. Nepa is a so amazing!! She took me last minute after a hairstylist at a different location nearby tried to over charge me and was late to the appointment. She called on her family to come in and help me in a crunch and her work is amazing. I love my small knotless braids.
