Terrible communication and customer service. Ordered $2800 tires on their website and set up appointment online. Was contacted the next morning and told the appointment time wouldn’t work so we set another date which was fine. I blocked off time that day from work to get tires installed at 12:00. I arrived a little early to be sure not to mess up their schedule. Walked down the road for lunch and was contacted at 12:35 asking why I only had 5 tires which I had told them the other new tire was in the bed of the truck when I arrived. Received another call 15 minutes later telling me I had ordered the wrong size tires and if I wanted them to order new tires, he would contact the owner concerning the restocking fee. I explained I am a pretty detailed person and wasn’t sure how that happened and the employee’s response was “ old age, technology, or eyesight”. I then walked back and showed the paid invoice that showed I ordered the correct tires and they ordered the wrong ones. Was told they would order correct tires and come back in a week at 10:00. I arrived today and walked in at 9:50 and was greeted by an employee that said “we don’t open until 10:00”. I replied you must not be the owner because as a fellow business owner, I am open anytime a customer walks in the door! 15 minutes later after me questioning size again, they realize they still didn’t have the tires. I asked how they wouldn’t have them after a week and they blamed it on the distributor but could have them tomorrow. I then asked what they would do for me since I have now blocked 6-7 hours off my work schedule and needed to block off another 3-4 and was told they would include a $50 balance as I am looking at their board with $149 hr rate charge. I asked multiple times if the owner was aware and this is and that is all he was willing to do? I was told he was and they are not giving anything away for free. Wanted to make sure before this long winded post since I also own businesses and sometimes find out after the fact of an employee’s mistake or disregard to the customer which would not want as a reflection on myself. After I posted my initial review below - they followed up multiple times to make everything right. They rebalanced my tires, gave me a free alignment. I would use them again as they owned their poor service, made things right and have a great price -

They had a good price for tires for my truck, I thought I scheduled an appt on line. The day of to verify I called before leaving. good thing I didn't have an appt. I rescheduled. The day of my appt they called me to see if I could come in early. I did my best but only got there 15 mins early. After an hour and 15 mins waiting I got up and see my truck in the shop on the ground without new tires. I ask the kid at the desk to check and he tells me it is going to be at least 45 mins more and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I ask for a refund, he talks to the manager and tells me 40 minutes if I stay which I regretfully agreed. After another hour I had to ask them to check again. 5 minutes later approximately 2.5 hours of waiting I had my truck. I might have considered coming back as the price was good and I understand things happen some times however I expected the manager to come out apologize and thank me for my patience in person which is what I would have done), however they just gave me my keys and sent me on my way. Had as awful experience here. I had an appointment at 5pm to get my truck aligned. Left work early to be able to make it in time. Came 15 minutes early and the man at the desk took my keys. At around 6:25 the man before me vehicle was finished. Dominos came and delivered a pizza at 630. They were all back there eating pizza with no other vehicles in the garage while I’m waiting. While I was standing near the main desk, someone asked if anyone had helped me yet as if I’m a new customer. This was at 650. The shop closed at 6pm. He didn’t even know why I was there. They finally started working on my truck and got done at 715. It takes longer than 25 minutes to do an alignment. The inspection result form said some of the values were incorrect, indicating improper alignment, clearly at the bottom in red lettering. When I drove it home it instantly pulled to the left when I let go of the steering wheel. I called the next morning requesting a refund and the woman I spoke with said they would refund if I brought the truck back in the they made it right. My fiancé called (since she is the less nicer one in these situations), and got screamed at by the manager. How do you expect someone to bring their vehicle back after having that type experience?
