Elly’s at the Meadowlands — Restaurant in Chartiers Township

The food taste incredible, HOWEVER, the terrible service & order mess ups make it not worth it at all. Two of us went to give it a try when this location first opened and ended up leaving because they forgot about us and left us sitting at our table for an hour with no service. We've since gotten take out about 3 times which has been incorrectly made every single time. Tonight we decided since the food is good when they get it right, we would give them one last shot. Big mistake. We waited 30 minutes for someone to even come to our table to give us menus & take drink orders. After that it was another 40 to get our food that was...you guessed it....made incorrectly. Our original server who took our drink orders never came back after the first time. We had to flag someone else down to order. Several servers passed by and saw us waiting but just pretended not to see us. We had to send the incorrect entree back and asked for the new one to-go knowing it would be a while until it was remade. Ended up waiting another 25 minutes for the dish to be remade. Every experience I've had with Elly's service-wise has been absolute garbage. The staff is not efficient & they do not use menu pads which causes orders to CONSTANTLY be made wrong. I only recommend going here if you have an entire day blocked out because you'll be waiting...and waiting....and waiting...to even have someone give you the time of day! We will not...

TROUBLE BAR!!! I saw it several occasions and should have taken notice. If you want karaoke go to All Star sports bar in southpointe or the Crafty Jackalope in bridgeville or try the meadows casino. This bar has become a trouble bar. That is why they got a door man just recently. I was a long time customer they know, but a person that nobody recognizes came in and while I was talking to a friend about a serious life threatening situation she was enduring, this other person smacked me in the face for zero reason. I hadn't talked to him nor touched him and they confirmed this on the canera footage yet I was barred because of HIS actions. I found out when many people contacted me in disbelief I had been barred. So there were customers there that weren't happy about how I was treated. I had numerous attempts to reach the general manager to rectify this, but she ignored multiple requests to speak to her. They have barred others for similar situations.

I am known Around Pittsburgh and Washington for 30 years and have already turned a few people away from this place. A fun night out is not worth a petty fight and loyalty to this place over a new comer means zero. They don't care.....You are just...

We come here fairly regularly for a couple drinks after work. The bartenders are USUALLY excellent: Autumn, Mariah, Brittany and the guy are all gems.

One night, after a 12 hour shift, we showed up and asked for our usual drinks… but this time bartender (Lexie) basically screamed at me. She said, “If I get busy I’m not making espresso martini after espresso martini.” I stood there in shock, not wanting to be kicked out of our regular hang out spot but also FLABBERGASTED that anyone would have the indecency to speak to a customer like that. We work in the service industry. We come here to unwind and we tip well over 20% but this is the first time I wanted to leave NOTHING. She was rude, condescending, and downright obnoxious. If you’re too busy to be bothered to make a particular drink, why not take it off the menu?! Why not wait until you become this level of “busy” to scream at your patrons!? We don’t need “warnings” for the drinks we’re ordering.

Not to mention, it’s a $10 cocktail and she scared us into cashing out and not ordering anymore. It’s unfortunate. We will likely just leave if she’s here in the future.
