STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on 10/28... it's now 11/9 and I still have no shipping information. I sent an e-mail on 10/3 about the status, that was responded to 10/4 with an apology that they hadn't see the order. He stated that they don't stock that item and would "Try" and order it from Unibrau that day. I replied on 11/4 asking if it would come directly from the manufacture to me. I received no response... on 11/8 I reached out for updated again and that also has not yet been responded too.

Its been over a week and a half and I have no idea where the product I ordered is at... I don't know if they ordered it through the manufacture, if it's been shipped.

Update: 11/11 still no response to me inquiries and order still in unfulfilled status 2 weeks after being placed.

Update: 11/16 I reached out expressing my disappointed lack of communication and no update. They finally responded and blamed the manufacture and stated he was going to have to cancel my order.

Update: 11/26 No refund on account still after 10 days, reached out asking for status on my refund. It's been dang near a month and I have no product or my money.

Please stay away and save yourself...

I cannot say enough about how great Ryan and his team are to work with. I got a brewing panel from them and the quality is fantastic. They worked with me on a shipping need I had and made the process easy. When I got the panel one of the PIDs had an issue and Ryan emailed me quickly and on weekends to try and fix it, once he figured out it was a bad part he quickly shipped me a new one and everything is running great. I did a lot of research on the panel I wanted, maybe over a year and I could not be happier...
