If I could give this place a zero star I would, another few months have passed and still doing their job for them. Still trying to get them to stop sending me for a bill that is covered by My insurance 100%
These people Will threaten you even though itās Their mistake.. they will respond to contact them but all you get is some idiot in the billing department that says you owe the bill I know better I have contacted my insurance and they told me they coded it wrong .. So here we are again!! Had an issue with the front desk check in person about how my insurance was not approved.. however it was approved and I showed them that I had spoken with 5 different people . she was very rude and not the time to be discussing payment at 6:45 in the morning day of procedure , and not having anything to eat for a day plus it was early morning.. very unprofessional.. here it is 5 months later I get a bill from them called them and was told that my doctor coded it wrong to call my doctor Iāve spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to get this coded correctly so they get paid .. at this point I will never ever use this facility again. they have been nothing but a hassle , and the front desk lady rude .. I was told that the front desk lady has been let go , however this new issue with billing is a bigger issue than she was .. itās a simple code .. how many people just pay the bills not realizing that it was a incompetent coder , a misinformed person that put this in the system.. did the same person code this that was so rude at checkin? Was it intentional? Check your bills make sure you owe the money before you pay anything.. these people will send you to 15 different people and swear you owe the money, when Iāve been in touch with the insurance company and know different.. that it is payable if šÆ what a waste of my time and a hassle. Go somewhere else . The reasoning behind the review is because after arrival only the nurse introduced herself on her own. Even the doctor walked in as if I should know who he is. Maybe I do know your position but it's unprofessional and you could be the anesthetist. Speaking of which, they aren't pleasant either. Administering propofol (which burns, but can be negated by simply going a few seconds slower) I told her it's burning. She said "yes" as she continues; and the surgical tech made it clear he had no sympathy either as he simply states flatly, "have a nice nap." Before the procedure, I had asked a lady if she was the anesthesiologist and she was part of the surgical team who looked at me like I had two heads about why I was confused. The the anesthesiologist (assistant) did arrive and when asked if she too was surgical she did apologize profusely and introduced herself. After the procedure I had on an adult brief because of the nature of the procedure and they require they help you dress (it should be your partner.) Point being, she said, "I don't know which is the back." How was she gonna help? If I had chosen, it would not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not happy how they try to get you to pay the full bill before the procedure has been completed and when they ask what you can pay and you tell them what you will authorized to take and they take 1100 dollars more they they was supposed to take off your card and when you call them they give you a line of bs telling you I see where you only authorized us to take the amount of 100 bucks. We will have to get with the billing department and get back to you. They never call back with a explanation. They never offered to refund my money they stole from me. I been since told they do alot patients the same way. I will never be back. My advice to people is to check your receipt before walking away from the front desk. The billing department didn't have anything to do with how much money that was taken out of my account it was the girl at the front desk that ran my card and they would not take accountability for their actions.
