Dollar General — Local services in Chattanooga

This location is the cleanest, most organized and well stocked DGS I have ever visited. The staff is friendly and helpful which in this day and age is rare. There were no boxes, crates, etc blocking the isles. While shopping there was an elderly lady that had come back into the store looking for her cell phone. One of the Employees went above and beyond to help her try to find its location with her. It was sweet to see a younger generation helping the older. I was in the store on 7/8/24 around 1pm. Idk the names of the Employees that were working that day/ time but they deserve a huge KUDOS! I did tell the cashier how pleased I was with the cleanliness, etc but definitely wanted to take the time to leave a great review...

The manager is Great, Super Nice, and a hard worker! The employees on the other hand are always on break when they could be cleaning up the store. Every isle had carts full of boxes of inventory. It was extremely difficult to find anything. You couldn't walk down numerous isles which prevented me from buying certain items. Alot of the shelves were empty and needed to be stocked. This store has been like this for a couple of months now. It used to be clean and well stocked with no big carts of inventory in the way blocking every way you turn.
