Our son wanted to purchase a new to him car! His very first big purchase at age 22! We went to a local buy here pay here, due to his age and not much of a credit history. We thought it would be a good start. We were way unsatisfied with the entire experience! My husband called Chris our local car salesman that we have purchased our vehicles from! While we were waiting to test drive a car at this place! Weāve always enjoyed working with Chris, He really listens to your needs and delivers your expectations!!! While he no longer worked at the lot we went to in the past, he was still with the company and moved to Integrity Mazda just done the road. My husband told him the max amount of loan and monthly payments our son could afford and asked him if he thought he could help us?! Chris replied, that he DID think he could help us, and told us to come on over!! Once we got there, we realized that Chris had gotten a title change and was now the sales manger of this facility! Rightfully deserved, heās FANTASTIC!!! WAY TO GO CHRIS!!!! Anyways he hooked us up with the car salesman of the month! Matthew was AWESOME!!! He was pleasantly easy to talk to! Knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and when he didnāt have an answer, he went and found one!!! Our son fell in love with the Ford Edge we were shown! He fell even more in love when he test drove it! Once back at the office it was time to crunch numbers, this took a little bit. Once everything was done, laid out and agreed upon we then met the finance guy, Gary he was SUPER!! Extremely good at financing and numbers!! He even gave us a few credit tips!! He thought we were āfriendsā of Chris, he couldnāt believe that we were just happy repeat clients!! It was the hard work that Chris, Matthew, and Gary put in that got my son the numbers that were needed to purchase this car!! They can get ANY car from any integrity lot!!! RUN!!! It was the only night that week my husband and I had availability at the same time. I spoke with Malik, who was knowledgeable and personable. We arrived shortly after 3 other customers, with whom Malik was already working. He had told me that morning they all work together as a team there, and, if he was unavailable when we arrived, one of his teammates would be ready to help us. Because I was prepared for that possibility, it wasnāt unexpected, and not a problem, anyway. Their teamwork focus was immediately evident. He showed us a few cars, narrowed down what we were looking for, since we hadnāt previously owned a Mazda, and set us up for the first test drive. By the time we returned, our two trade-ins were being assessed, and Blake was pulling another car around for us to see and test drive. The transition from Malik to Blake was quick and seamless, which was appreciated, even more so, because it was 150 degrees outside! Chris was proactive in engaging with us, as well, while we talked with Blake. Malik continued to check in on us throughout our time there. Blake was patient, also personable, and was able to field all our questions when comparing the different Mazda models. What was most remarkable about Integrity Mazda, after buying enough cars to know the difference, was how comfortable I felt there. The atmosphere was positive and friendly. The associates seem to enjoy working together. We were never pressured, āsold toā, or rushed. I felt attended to and valued as a customer. We were given a very fair trade-in for both cars, and a great price on a new CX-90, which I LOVE! We left well after closing. Even so, Blake and Malik made sure the car had been washed and was ready to go. Malik initiated taking the time to get my Mazda app set up for me, and connected to the car. Before leaving, I saw Chris inside, and quickly shared positive feedback with him. He seemed genuinely appreciative. Hands-down, this was the easiest, and most pleasant car-buying experience...

I knew exactly what I wanted - basically, the car I walked away from the accident that had kept me safe - and fortunately for me, I found it at this dealership.
All this happened during Thanksgiving holiday, but time was of the essence. I searched online and found exactly what I was looking for at 4 different locations. Again, the holidays, so I knew it was a longshot I would hear from any of my inquiries, but Nick Stanley returned my message immediately. We both had a few questions for wach other and he replied each time right away, then we set up a time to come see the car. We're almost 2 hours away and ran into some delays, but when we arrived at the dealership, he had my car right out front waiting for me. It was exactly as he had described and I drove it home that day.
Everyone was SO helpful, so friendly. They took their time to answer any questions through the entire process. Nick is absolutely the best! I felt like I was sitting with a friend, walking me through everything my husband and I needed to do to make it happen. He's professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He provided information, but never pushed. Again, felt like a friend, no pressure. He was only wanting to facilitate putting us into the car that we were happy with. No pressure, no "car-sales" vibes. Seriously, from now on, Nick is our guy. Can't say enough about this young man, he was wonderful to work with and I truly enjoyed getting to know him.
When we got to the loan process, Business Sales Manager Bryan Udart, had the same friendly, knowledgeable, professional quality that this entire dealership possesses. He found us the right loan and there was no pressure to "upgrade" anything. He presented information, and let us decide. Got us taken care of and out the door as fast as he could.
Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Integrity Mazda if you're in the market for an automobile. Five star service...
