If you're thinking of getting a job at a warehouse do not come here I just got fired from the Capstone side of the warehouse which is everywhere in the warehouse but they put us with people who say they know how to train but they don't they don't know anything about the warehouse because they've been there for less than a year everybody has your supervisors play favorites they don't follow safety codes or anything they half fast wrap a pallet they will wrap the top half and the bottom half and they will leave the center open as soon as you pick it up you have to be careful still they also kept trying to send me home right after I get there because I was working too fast when they put me over on the score area which is break down a pallet and put it on the conveyor belt it's very simple everybody's picking up one box at a time I'm picking up like five at a time and also telling somebody to just be quiet or anything that you would say just to tell somebody that you are not in the mood to talk that you are in a bad mood or whatever is apparently not allowed so if somebody's pissing you off you have to sit there and deal with it right then and...

I’ve never liked delivering to Fred Meyer DC, and this facility is just as slow as all other Fred Meyer DC’s: slow and unresponsive. I got here at 5:20pm for my 6pm appointment and didn’t receive the link for lumper fee until 4:06am. They started unloading around midnight. No portal putty anywhere in the yard, no drivers’ lounge or an office. Nobody answered the calls I made 9 times (all 3 numbers the security gives at the check-in, 3 times each, and I let it ring for a good minute or two). Someone finally answered at 2:17am.

I arrived at 0900 on 4-7-25 was assigned to dock 90. Phone reception was not working. The wifi they give you was not working at dock 90. FERNANDO who was in charge of unloading me had me sitting in the dock for 9 hours. I called him and asked him how much longer because I have no food or water.
