This is not rating the furniture as it’s all the same furniture you can get anywhere else. This is rating the establishment themselves. We picked out a huge sectional close to 4k and it was at another store with a lower price and the reluctantly matched the price. The next day it was delivered as it was in stock at that location but it wouldn’t fit into any of our doorways or windows. We and the delivery guys could not get it in the house at all. So I had them take it right back to the store 4 miles away from us back where it originated. We were the last delivery of the day. I call the store and explain the situation and they said it would be a $600 restocking fee if I returned the couch. How can they charge $600 when it’s literally already back at their warehouse and would take 5 minutes to put it back. After a disappointing run with Mor Furniture , I went to Jr. Furniture in Chehalis. Stephanie is AMAZING! I have extremely aggressive full body osteoarthritis so getting comfortable in furniture is a struggle for me. Stephanie took me under her wing and helped me choose the most perfect Love Seat and Recliner. I must have come in 4 or 5 times. Each time she welcomed me and spent whatever time needed to be sure I would be happy. Stephanie is funny , warm welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, loyal to her customers and very honest. So I was in there today just looking for when we get our taxes back. It was the 3rd store we had been to. Oh boy was the sales person pushy as hell he followed us around the whole time I just couldn't relax or talk to my husband about anything without him butting in and telling me that I WOULD like the things I did not like about the couch like I said I didn't like the feeling of the fabric on the couch he would but in with oh you will learn to love it.
