Rockett's Bug Juice Gardens — Local services in Chelsea

I had the most absolute amazing time at Rockets Bug Juice Gardens today!

Let me first say that I got to meet Mr Jimmy Rockett face to face today... I'll also tell you that I'm blessed that I ran into such a wonderful person. As a human we need to try to surround yourself with those people who are only trying to make a difference in other people's lives because if we're around people that are positive and encouraging and motivating and outgoing, then we too should be that way. We need to surround ourselves with those people trying to make a difference that way we're encouraged ourselves to make a difference.

so let me just start by saying when I pulled in, the grounds we're absolutely beautiful. There's a welcoming sign that's in the front, the flowers and the shrubbery, the little trees, even the fountains that have water flowing out from The Middle of the fountain, they were all well taken care of and all well-managed. It looked like the flowers in the shrubbery and things like that that they're selling out in front, it looks like they've all been pruned well-watered taken care of there's not any out there that's just overly dying, you can tell that they really put a really focus on having the essentials at your fingertips, and already starting you out on a good note. When you have people that are customers come in and won't a certain type of flour or shrubbery, they're going to look at the ones that you've got and they want to see one that's taken care of that's been watered that's been properly prune properly maintained because that puts that customer in a good position and not only purchase it but transplant it where they want it and it gives it the perfect opportunity to grow! So they have great employees that are working hard take care of the small things such as that to put the homeowner or whoever's purchasing things in the best position to be successful.

I walked inside and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the lady that is a the cashier there, she was really kind and she remembered me from calling this morning and she walked me straight back to Mr Jimmy's office where he had no idea I was showing up.. I think things are done better when it's face-to-face and not over the computer I'm kind of old school like that...

When you've got a busy job and you're the owner of a busy landscaping company, which landscaping in this area is a top priority the 99% of all the homeowners, Mr Jimmy stays busy constantly with jobs they keep pouring in and it's because they're pouring in because of who he is. I do a lot of Google reviews, and I can tell you that out of all the reviews of all the landscaping companies in this county Mr Jimmy is the top one or two as far as the workload and the amount of views and the amount of satisfied happy customers at the end!

So this man stays busy, but somebody walked into his office and said hey somebody's here about a job and I didn't call ahead and let Mr Jimmy know that I was coming so, he had no clue that I was coming he's got to work load that he's having to deal with jobs that he can hardly get to, and here I am showing up wanting to chit chat! Lol... That could have gone either one of two ways.. One, he could have screamed I don't have time.... Or you could have said to himself I don't have the time but customers are first priority and he made the second option, the decision he made. I know that he probably didn't have the time talk to me about a potential opportunity, but he certainly made the time! That goes to show you the type of character that this place has.

from the well-manicured lawn to the well-manicured and well-kept flowers, shrubs, trees, pine straw slabs, water fountains, everything was in top-notch condition and top-notch order there wasn't any kind of nails that I saw in the gravel, there was a trash thrown all around the place, the indoors had a good smell, it was clean and sanitary, I actually was greeted walking up the steps not even inside yet the lady had come out the door to greet me...

Can you give 10 stars? Bug Juice is the epitome of how a business should run and then throw in the fact that most employees are family, it gets even better. When you drive up you think to yourself 'I can't afford this place' and then you go in and realize often the prices are less than the big box stores, the service is second to none, and the quality of the plants and other items are excellent. And you think you are just going in to buy plants? As John Pinnette would say 'Oh, Nay, Nay'. You can buy gifts, flower pots, flower arrangements, fountains, stone, pine straw and, I am not making this up, wine! Often the owner is there and if you don't feel like you are part of his family, double check, it might be because of yourself. :-)

Seriously, beautiful selection, locally owned and family run, with service that no one can compete with and yet prices that only the 'big stores' usually offer, you can't go wrong with Bug Juice. An hour at Bug Juice will be one of the most relaxing hour(s)...

Jimmy and his team landscaped my yard yesterday and I can not be happier about the service. Jimmy personally came out and gave me a quote and had his crew over the same day. I know that I may not get same day service every time, but I was impressed that the crew came over rather than waiting to later in the week. The landscaping looks great. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone that asks. Please give these guys a call. You will not be...
